Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above 999.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: For orders placed with Cash on Delivery, a COD fee of Rs. X amount + 18% GST will be applied. Please note that COD charges are non-refundable in the event of a returned order.

Order Processing Time: As we produce our own products and maintain our stock unit, we strive to dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Metropolitan Areas: Orders delivered to metropolitan areas are expected to arrive within 1 - 4 days.

Rest of India: Orders delivered to other parts of India can be expected within 4 - 7 days.

Tracking Your Order: To track the status of your order, simply log in to your account, proceed to the Track Order section, and enter your Order ID.

Exchange:
You may request an exchange for a product within 10 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
The product should be unused and in a resalable condition. You may exchange the item for a different size, subject to availability. Please note that an item can only be exchanged once.

Return: If you decide to return a product, a deduction of Rs.x Amount will be made from the total amount paid.

The remaining amount will be refunded to your bank account within 3-4 days after return has been placed.
The product being returned must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
It should be unused and in resalable condition.
